Cost
A membership in The Wisconsin Forum entitles you to attend all five meetings at no additional charge.
Annual Wisconsin Forum Membership
$195 – Same great deal as previous years!
$325 – Includes one dinner at each meeting; sustaining membership
$750 – Includes two dinners at each meeting; sustaining membership
$2500 – Help choose a speaker to personally sponsor; includes eight (8) dinner tickets that may be used for guests at any time during the season and one (1) dinner at the remaining four meetings.
Single Event
$50 – Guests/Future Members
$25 – College Students/Clergy/Teachers

Reservations
Members will receive a notice/reservation form a few weeks prior to each meeting. All members and guests who will be attending a meeting must confirm a reservation. To reserve a place, please contact our Executive Director:
