A membership in The Wisconsin Forum entitles you to attend all five meetings at no additional charge.

(one dinner at each meeting; sustaining membership)

(includes two dinners at each meeting; sustaining membership)

$2500 Speaker Sponsorship
(Choose speaker to sponsor; includes eight dinners at sponsored meeting and one dinner at the other four meetings)

Members must confirm attendance for an accurate meal count.

Guests may always be invited.

Reservations

Members will receive a notice/reservation form a few weeks prior to each meeting. All members and guests who will be attending a meeting must confirm a reservation. To reserve a place, please contact our Executive Director:
